Biography
I am a solicitor working in our Lifetime & Estate Planning team. I qualified as a Solicitor for England and Wales in December 2022 after completing my training in Jersey, which provided me with a solid grounding in cross-border estate matters and advising high-net-worth individuals.
My role at Irwin Mitchell includes advising on wills and succession planning, inheritance tax, lifetime tax planning, powers of attorney, trusts, and the administration of estates.
Key Highlights
Assisting on the administration of a cross-border estate involving shares registered offshore and on the administration of an estate where there was opportunity to capture agricultural property relief, resulting in zero inheritance tax payable on the deceased's estate and significantly reducing our client's future estate for the purposes of calculating inheritance tax.
