Biography
As a Senior Financial Services Coordinator and Team Leader, I offer support to coordinators and financial advisors in the North offices. My role involves overseeing operations and fostering excellence within the team.
What inspired you to get into financial services?
Honestly, I stumbled into the financial services industry at 18 after a year of working abroad. I thrive in the fast-paced environment, particularly enjoying the customer service aspect. Each day brings fresh experiences!
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
I find satisfaction in assisting clients who have overcome significant challenges. Additionally, I take pride in motivating my team to provide exceptional customer service and advance in their careers and personal lives through hard work.
What do you do away from the office?
I’m a busy mum, ferrying my teenager around like her personal taxi. My husband and I love countryside walks with our boxer dog, Lola. Whilst walking we are usually planning upcoming gigs and holidays. On top of that, I volunteer for a local project which helps homeless individuals in Sheffield.
