Biography
Laura works within the respondent employment team and advises on HR matters such as redundancy, TUPE transfers and restructuring, along with all other aspects of the employment relationship, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
Laura also regularly acts on behalf of business clients in Tribunal proceedings covering topics such as:
- Unfair dismissal
- Wrongful dismissal
- Discrimination
- Unlawful deduction of wages
- Whistle-blowing.
Laura has a particular specialism in Apprenticeships, which includes the Apprenticeship Levy and Apprenticeship Agreements.
Laura qualified as a solicitor in 2017.
