Biography
I specialise in all aspects of succession and tax planning. This involves the preparation of Wills and the use of trusts. I also advise on trust administration and estate administration. I advise on mental capacity issues including the preparation and administration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
What inspired you to get into law?
I’m interested in the structures and systems which ensures that our society runs fairly and equally. I’m following in my father’s footsteps.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
Looking after my clients and ensuring they have peace of mind is the most rewarding things for me. I love helping clients make sure that they’re providing for their family and distributing their wealth in the way that suits their preferences, beliefs and values.
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
We offer such a large range of specialisms and expertise. The fact that almost any issue can be dealt with in-house is really great.
What do you do away from the office?
I spend a lot of time outdoors with my family and dog, running, walking and any outdoor activity.
