Biography
Jessica’s worked in the Employment Team since 2017 and is the Paralegal Team Leader. Jessica helps run Employment Tribunal claims and the completion of settlement agreements.
Jessica has experience with both defending claims on behalf of Respondent clients and pursuing claims on behalf of Claimant clients. She deals mostly with Claimant representation. In particular, Jessica handles claims involving Unfair Dismissal, Unlawful Deduction From Wages, Wrongful Dismissal, Breach of Contract and Discrimination based claims.
Recent Highlights
Jessica recently got a training contract with Irwin Mitchell and will be commencing this in 2023.
Jessica has a 2:1 Law degree from the University of Sheffield and is currently studying the Legal Practice Course part time at the University of Law.
