Biography
I joined Irwin Mitchell as a Senior Associate solicitor in 2021 bringing over 12 years of family law experience with me.
I am passionate about providing the highest level of service to my clients with a personal touch.
I practise exclusively in family law and specialise in all aspects of relationship breakdown, divorce, divorce in later life, cohabitation disputes, children issues and domestic abuse injunctions.
I have specialist knowledge and expertise in advising high and medium net worth individuals on the financial aspects of separation including dealing with pension and business assets upon divorce.
I also have a real interest and experience in dealing with complex Children Act cases including cases involving international elements, parental alienation and where serious allegations have been made.
I am fully committed to promoting a constructive approach that considers the needs of the whole family.
What inspired you to get into law?
I knew from very early on that I wanted a career that would both challenge me academically and where I could also make a real difference to peoples’ lives. I love meeting new people and have a natural affinity for problem solving. Family law was the obvious answer.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
I really enjoy being able to help people through what is usually an incredibly difficult and stressful time and see them come out the other side stronger, happier and ready to make a new start.

What do you do away from the office?
I am a passionate runner completing my first marathon in 2021, and enthusiastic wild swimmer whatever the season!
I am also a mum of two and enjoy taking my son and daughter on walks, bike rides and other adventures.
