Biography
After obtaining a master’s degree in law at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland, I continued my education in Edinburgh, Scotland. I completed my Diploma in Legal Practice at University of Glasgow.
I have a long experience practicing as a solicitor. I have been involved in a variety of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, public liability accidents, employment related accidents and accidents abroad. I have dealt with complex and high value personal injury claims involving brain injury and amputations. I have acted for many foreign nationals.
I have an extensive experience of instructing and preparing cases in the Court of Session, All-Scotland Personal Injury Court in Edinburgh as well as conducting personal injury cases in sheriff courts around Scotland.
I am a member of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. I am also a Notary Public and an accredited specialist in personal injury law by the Law Society of Scotland.
What do you do away from the office?
Outside of work, I am a huge tennis fan. I enjoy playing and watching tennis, travelling and mountain hiking.
