Biography
I am an associate solicitor in the Medical Negligence team based in Birmingham. I act exclusively for clients in clinical negligence cases against NHS Trusts, private practitioners, general practitioners (GPs) and dentists. I run my own varied case load which includes cases arising from sub-standard surgery, orthopaedic injuries and delays in diagnosis.
I also specialise in cosmetic cases, and I have a particular interest in rhinoplasty, liposuction and laser hair removal cases arising as a result of sub-standard technique. My case load also includes cases involving sub-standard breast augmentations and facial surgery and I have experience dealing with claimants who have suffered recognised psychological injuries as a result of sub-standard treatment.
My case load also extends to dental cases and I have assisted claimants in cases arising out of sub-standard implant placement surgery, poorly performed veneers and the mis-management of orthodontic appliances (braces). I help claimants to achieve the financial means to rectify problems caused as a result of sub-standard treatment.
I regularly volunteer with the firm’s charity events and I have attended a number of fundraisers, charity walks and events within the local community promoting the importance of good healthcare. I also volunteer with a theatre group for young adults with special needs in Birmingham.
