Biography
I am a Solicitor in the Medical Negligence team at the Southampton Office. I qualified in 2016 with 5 years previous paralegal experience in catastrophic personal injury claims.
I have specialised in clinical negligence since qualifying as a Solicitor and act on behalf of clients who have suffered serious injuries as a result of substandard medical care.
I work hard to achieve the best results for my clients and for the families who have lost loved ones as a result of clinical negligence. My focus is not only in securing compensation but also but also in getting answers for families and facilitating rehabilitation to improve an individual’s quality of life.
As well as running my own cases, I also assist senior members of the team with very high value and complex injury claims.
What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
I thought that Law would be an interesting and challenging subject which could lead to other opportunities.
During my Law degree I did a year’s work placement in a catastrophic personal injury team which I thoroughly enjoyed and found fulfilling. On qualification, I decided to combine an interest in medicine with the law and focus on medical negligence claims.
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
I enjoy making a difference to a person's life and to help them obtain answers and the compensation they need to build their future.
