Biography
I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Medical Negligence team in Birmingham, working with families across the West Midlands. I act for clients in clinical negligence cases against NHS Trusts, private practitioners and general practitioners.
I run my own varied case load which includes cases resulting in fatalities, neonatal deaths, brain injury, surgical errors and delays in diagnosis of cancer. Before starting my current role, I trained with a Shropshire firm and I spent some time working as a Court of Protection Solicitor, assisting vulnerable people and their families in the Shropshire area to manage their affairs, often following an award of compensation from a personal injury or clinical negligence claim.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
Throughout the life of a case, I am able to really get to know my clients and their families and understand what matters the most to them.
Their strength and resilience despite some very difficult circumstances inspires me to work hard to ensure that we achieve the best possible outcome.

What Do You Do Away From The Office?
I have a passion for dance and theatre and I perform in productions in the Shrewsbury area. I am also kept busy by my energetic toddler and we can often be found letting off steam around the Shrewsbury and Telford countryside.
