Biography
Danielle is an Employment Partner in London. She has worked in employment law since 2009. She advises a wide range of clients, including senior executives, professionals and directors, about all areas of employment law and particularly in relation to:
- Negotiated exits
- Contractual issues and disputes
- Grievances and disciplinary issues
- Discrimination
- Whistleblowing.
She has also acted for high-profile clients as well as solicitors, barristers and other members of the legal profession. Danielle specialises in negotiating exits and resolves most cases pre-action under confidential settlements.
She has previously worked on the reported cases of Bennett v Bivonas regarding homophobic insult, the Supreme Court case of Mirza v Patel, and the Tax Tribunal case of Deluca v HMRC.
Danielle has established herself as a sought-after spokesperson and provides accessible legal advice for listeners and readers across the media, from live broadcast to tabloids.

Over the past year Danielle has interviewed live with Sky News, BBC, ITV, LBC and 5Live amongst others. She has appeared on episodes of This Morning and Newsnight. She has also featured on the Today programme with Nick Robinson, and has made various contributions to Vanessa’s Feltz’s radio show.
