Biography
I am a medical negligence solicitor based in our London office. I joined the team in April 2024 and have over 5 years of experience working as a solicitor in medical negligence. I studied Jurisprudence at Oxford University. I spent one year of my degree studying European and Human Rights Law at Leiden University in the Netherlands. My professional expertise covers a range of claims, including delayed cancer diagnoses, birth injuries, and fatal cases. I approach each case with a steadfast commitment to support my clients through their most challenging times and helping them navigate the path to recovery after life-altering injuries.

What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
I love the team. Everyone is great at what they do and really cares about getting the best outcome for our clients. I really appreciate that we are a full service firm and that we can give our clients the very best legal advice.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
Achieving admissions of liability. It’s a victory for justice, and the compensation we secure helps our clients rebuild their lives. It’s a reminder that our work matters. Medical negligence claims can take some time to conclude, and I am grateful for the privilege of acting for my clients and providing them with support on the journey. I am constantly humbled by the resilience and strength of clients who are determined to fight for justice for themselves or a loved one who has been injured
What inspired you to get into law?
From a young age I was determined to have a job that would help people and where I could speak up for those who could not speak for themselves. No one in my family had gone to university and I knew studying law would be a high ambition, but I worked hard and am proud of where I have got to. I am passionate about equal access to justice and healthcare so medical negligence is a natural fit.
What do you do away from the office?
I love to travel as much as I can, particularly exploring new places and trying out the food. At home, I love reading, cooking and watching films. I taught myself to crochet during lockdown and enjoy working on my skills by making gifts for friends and family.
