Biography
I'm a Senior Associate in the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes Team and head up the Sheffield team, having joined Irwin Mitchell in 2015. I'm also a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
I have experience in dealing with a wide range of contentious Will, trust and estate disputes, acting for executors, trustees, charities and individuals. I can help with:
- Challenging the validity of a Will, and defending against challenges
- Resolving executor disputes
- Proprietary estoppel claims
- Professional negligence claims
- Inheritance Act Claims.
What do you do away from the office?
I'm a novice runner currently embarking on the Couch to 5k programme. As an animal lover, I also spend as much time as I can walking my three dogs and am currently pursuing a Diploma in Canine Communication.
I recently became a Trustee for the RSPCA (Sheffield Branch).
