Biography
I am an FS Coordinator providing support to our advisers mainly in the Birmingham office but also help covering the South offices. My role involves the onboarding of new clients alongside servicing existing clients with a high level of client service and being a point of contact for clients and advisers.
What inspired you to get into financial services?
At school, I enjoyed maths and looked up to my uncle who also works within financial services. Ever since I was young, I always wanted to work in the industry, and I enjoy the fast-paced environment as well as every day being different.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
The most rewarding part of my job is helping clients who have overcome challenges and being able to assist them to make their financial and personal goals be achieved.
What do you do away from the office?
Away from the office I have played golf from a young age and try and play as much as I can. I also enjoy football watching my local team Doncaster Rovers but also England which adds the opportunity to visit countries that I have not been to before. Additionally, I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as holidays with my partner.
