Biography
Anna is a construction solicitor working on both contentious and non-contentious matters. This includes drafting construction documents for all sizes of building projects and advising purchasers and funders in relation to previously agreed construction documentation. Anna also deals with disputes by way of High Court litigation, adjudication and alternative dispute resolution such as mediation.
Recent Highlights
- Acting for a developer on a forward funding and construction of two distribution units comprising of two warehouses with offices, external yards, and car parks where construction costs exceeded £14 million and £20 million respectively
- Drafting and negotiating construction appointments for a new refrigeration facility for a food retailer
- Successfully resolved a professional negligence claim against an architect in respect of its role as contract administrator following the discovery of substantial defects
- Advising on prospective third-party claims to various freeholders of high-rise properties in anticipation of applications to the Building Safety Fund
- High Court litigation involving a Defective Premises Act claim in relation to a property in central London.
