Biography
I provide strategic and commercial advice to owner managed businesses, SMEs and corporates in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including day-to-day employment advice and hr-support such as disciplinaries, grievances and capability procedures, senior level exit disputes, settlement agreements, employment tribunal litigation, restructures and redundancies, drafting employment contracts, handbooks and policies, advice on enforcement and pursuit of restrictive covenants.
I provide sensible, straightforward and pragmatic advice to individual clients regarding strategic senior level exits, settlement agreements and litigation in the employment tribunal.
The work I undertake is across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, professional services, retail and sport. I provide employment law updates, both virtually and in-person to HR specialists, third parties and clients. I provide specialist training to line-managers in-house and externally.
I am a co-founder of the Sports2Business network in Leeds which was set up to assist professional athletes to transition into business.
