Biography
After qualifying as a solicitor in 2018, I have advised clients on all aspects of employment law with a particular focus on advising organisations, of varying sizes, on a range of matters including settlement agreements, TUPE, redundancies, and medical capability.
Over the years, I have also written and delivered many training sessions internally to colleagues, and externally to clients and prospective clients. These sessions covered various employment law topics ranging from sessions on the law on discrimination, TUPE, as well as employment law updates.
As a practice development lawyer, I now produce content to keep both the employment team and clients fully aware of what is happening in employment law and also prepare them for developments that are on the horizon.
I have a thirst for knowledge and enjoy keeping myself, and others, up to date with all employment law developments.
