Firm Continues Investment In Business Team

National law firm Irwin Mitchell has boosted its Construction team with the appointment of Solicitor Emily Sinclair.

Emily joins Irwin Mitchell from DLA Piper in Sheffield and specialises in both contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters. Her appointment follows the re-location of Senior Associate, Wendy Greenwood, to the team a month earlier.
 
She is experienced in advising on and negotiating the full suite of construction documents for the delivery of retail, hospitality and development projects and also advises employers, contractors and sub-contractors on all forms of dispute resolution including adjudication.
