High-Quality Escorted Tours Company Looks To Accelerate Growth
Corporate lawyers at Irwin Mitchell have advised the management team and founders of high-quality escorted tours business, Newmarket Holidays, on a significant investment by Soho Square Capital.
The new investment will support the continued growth and development of the Surrey based business which was established in 1983.
The deal will also see travel industry leaders Geoff Parkin and Ailsa Pollard join the board as Chair and Non-Executive Director, respectively. Current owners Simon Hibbs, Jeremy Griffin, Toni Frei, and Niel Alobaidi, who also serves as Chief Executive, will remain as majority shareholders.
Adam Kaucher led the Irwin Mitchell team, which included Ben Gale and Kieran Shields.
