Announcement Follows New International Partner Hire
Law firm Irwin Mitchell has announced that Daniel Bastide, a partner from its Gatwick office, has been promoted to the position of National Head of Corporate.
Daniel has a wealth of experience in all areas of corporate finance, with a particular focus on M&A transactions and private equity investments. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with substantial private companies, private equity portfolio firms, entrepreneurs, management teams, and other fast-growing businesses.

Daniel’s promotion follows the recent appointment of Corporate partner Ute Mueller who specialises in Anglo-German mergers and acquisitions. Irwin Mitchell also announced recently that Paddy Sturman had been promoted to national head of Banking & Finance.

Irwin Mitchell recently passed £300m annual revenue for the first time and increased profit before tax year on year. Revenue from international activity grew by 18% and the firm added 14 new Partners last financial year.
