Irwin Mitchell's Corporate Team Advises on Deal
The Corporate team at Irwin Mitchell has advised on a deal which has seen £3.6m invested by YFM Equity Partners into Spotless Water’s innovative self-service ultra pure water (UPW) distribution network.
Spotless Water, established in 2016, stands as the sole national provider of an eco-friendly UPW solution, offering its services through a widespread network of self-service dispensing stations across the UK. UPW, essential in industries such as window and solar panel cleaning, undergoes an extensive purification process that eliminates all minerals and impurities, ensuring no mineral deposits are left upon drying.
This significant investment from YFM will propel Spotless Water’s ambitious growth strategy, enabling the company to expand its team and increase the number of self-service sites to meet the growing demand for its eco-solution.
The YFM team, led by Helen Villiers and Investment Associate Callum Long, was supported Irwin Mitchell Corporate partner, Dan Bastide along with colleagues Richard Collis and Simon Brooks.
Helen Villiers, YFM Investment Director, commented on the venture’s success: “Spotless Water has demonstrated how grassroots ventures with original ideas and propositions can prosper, especially when powered by proprietary technology. We look forward to being part of the company’s new growth journey as it replicates its success to-date and expands its sites across the UK.”
