Latest Deal Set To Accelerate EDF’s Net Zero Strategy Offering
Irwin Mitchell’s Corporate team has advised Contact Solar, a Chorley-based solar panel and battery installer, on its sale to EDF, the UK's leading generator of zero carbon electricity.
Founded over a decade ago, Contact Solar has established itself as a leading installer of domestic and commercial solar panels, as well as battery storage solutions.
Contact Solar's network of qualified local installers will work closely with EDF to provide residential installations and solutions for local authorities, housing associations, and developers across the UK striving to achieve their net zero ambitions.
