Andrew Evans Brings Wealth Of Technology, Commercial Contract and Data Protection Expertise To The Firm
Irwin Mitchell has announced it has recruited experienced Commercial partner Andrew Evans to its London office.
Moving from Gateley where he was a partner of over 20 years, Andrew is a leading expert in technology related contract work and data protection along with general commercial contract work. He also has additional expertise in competition law including merger control and anti-competitive agreements and practices and state aid/subsidy control.
Andrew, who works across a range of sectors including, software, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, manufacturing, retail, luxury goods, construction, residential development, gaming, and finance, was responsible for establishing and leading Gateley’s Commercial team for nine years. More recently, he managed the firm’s data protection group across all its offices.
