Specialist Will disputes solicitor joins firms London office as expansion in Private Client Services continues
Irwin Mitchell has added to its Private Client Services Team in London with the appointment of partner Sangita Manek. The team is the second largest private client team in the country and one of the largest contentious probate teams with 50 lawyers nationwide.
Sangita has over 25 years’ experience specialising in contentious probate disputes including disputed Wills, breach of trust claims, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975 and administration of estate disputes. She regularly acts for high-net-worth individuals and represents large estates both in bringing and defending claims on a full range of services from initial pre-action negotiations through to mediation and trial. Sangita will join Claire-Marie Cornford who leads the team as we continue to fulfil our growth ambitions.
