Base Will Allow Firm To Better Serve Needs Of Clients And Colleagues As It Eyes Further Growth
Irwin Mitchell is relocating its Scottish office as it continues to serve the needs of its clients while offering an increasingly hybrid approach to colleagues.
From 21 November, the law firm will be based from an office in West Regent Street. It will provide collaboration space for colleagues to directly engage with each other and its client base in the region.
The new office is aligned with the company’s evolving Flexible by Choice approach to hybrid working, where colleagues are given a choice over where and when they work subject to the requirements of clients, while also supporting growth opportunities in Scotland.
This latest move comes just six months after Irwin Mitchell opened new offices in Cardiff and Liverpool, bringing the firm’s total of UK locations to 17.
Expert Opinion
“Supporting our clients and the way our colleagues work has been at the heart of this move. It will allow us to provide a better working environment while also helping us to grow and improve our services in Scotland.
Our flexible working policy has been a great success among our colleagues, but we continue to recognise the importance of office space. In addition to a traditional desk environment, our new location in Glasgow will also provide a shared co–working space for colleagues to utilise throughout the day, along with collaboration tables, booths, and meeting rooms. to allow face-to-face interaction with clients.
We look forward to welcoming our clients to our new base as we look to expand our commitment to the region.”
