Expert Opinion
“We are all thrilled to win this award and I’m so proud of the team for all their hard work. Our employment group is one of best resourced in the UK and this victory reflects our investment in HR client relationships to ensure we understand their issues and deliver solutions in a cost effective manner as their needs and demands change.
“HR professionals continue to deal with unprecedented organisational change. Whether it’s the ESG agenda; the so-called ‘Great Resignation’ and its impact on staff retention; issues around developing strong employer brands; the legalities around hybrid working; or heightened awareness of wellbeing and mental health - the agenda for the profession has never been so busy. We have continued to invest in the team and will continue to focus on providing practical solutions for all of our clients.”
