Scott Halliday And Kate Caldwell Listed In Eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 Rankings

Two Irwin Mitchell solicitors in the Family Law and Private Client divisions have been named in the eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 rankings for 2021.

eprivateclient’s Top 35 Under 35 list recognises the best and brightest of the UK private client legal profession, listing the top up-and-coming lawyers based on submissions and client feedback.

With over 550 entries this year, Irwin Mitchell’s Family Law associate Scott Halliday and Tax, Trusts and Estates senior associate Kate Caldwell made the cut for 2021.

Scott’s work on high-profile High Court and Court of Appeal family law cases was commended. One nominator for Scott said: “Scott is a standout solicitor who has a national reputation, attracting praise in Yorkshire and London. This is predominantly in relation to the most complex children law matters and high-value financial cases.”

Kate, who was recently promoted to senior associate, was praised for her multi-jurisdictional practice including her experience with providing complex cross-border tax and succession planning advice, plus for her UK/US taxation specialism in the London Tax, Trusts and Estates team.

Scott and Kate’s rankings come a week after eprivateclient named Irwin Mitchell’s national Family Law team as a top-tier family law firm in the UK in its fifth Top Family Law Firms rankings.
