Nadia Kashani Joins Firm’s Newbury Office
Leading national law firm Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has recruited a senior conveyancer and a paralegal to its residential property team in Newbury.
Nadia Kashani joins from south east firm Coffin Mew as a senior conveyancer. She specialises in the sale and acquisition of high-value freehold and leasehold residential property in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and prime-central London.
Nadia, who regularly acts for both UK-based and international clients, is also experienced in handling remortgages and secured lending transactions, transfers of equity and probate conveyancing.
With Nadia also joins paralegal Charlotte Osborne, who was previously a trainee legal assistant at Coffin Mew. Charlotte assisted on a number of residential property matters.

Its conveyancing team has many years’ experience in high-value property conveyancing and boast a detailed understanding of how changes in the financial and political climate impact even the robust property markets of London and the south east.
The Newbury outfit forms a part of the national residential property team, which is headed by partner Jeremy Raj and which continued to grow with a number of new hires across 2018.
