Natalie regularly deals with real estate dispute matters acting on behalf of SMEs and large corporate entities and individual clients dealing with a vast range of commercial and residential matters both within the Courts and the Tribunal.
She has a wealth of experience advising on adverse possession claims, restrictive covenants, easements and rights of way, injunctive proceedings, forfeiture proceedings, lease renewal proceedings, private nuisance claims, residential possession claims and terminal dilapidation claims.
