Biography
I am an APIL-accredited Senior Litigator specialising in personal injury claims involving road traffic accidents.
I help people with a variety of claims, including multiple injury claims, fatal accident claims, and secondary victim claims. I specialise in dealing with allegations of fraud and dishonesty brought against claimants.
I also have significant experience in dealing with MOJ portal cases.
As part of my role I handle all aspects of litigation and where possible deal with relevant advocacy such as case management conferences and application hearings.
What Inspired You to Get Into Law?
My career at Irwin Mitchell started in 2004 and I dealt purely with administration and debt recovery to start with. As time went on, it became clear to me that I had an interest in personal injury claims and wanted to progress to handling my own cases in that field.
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is that I can be there for clients and their loved ones and give them the support that they need during a difficult time.
I enjoy building relationships with both clients and colleagues by using the knowledge and expertise I have built up throughout my time at Irwin Mitchell.
What Do You Like Best About Working At Irwin Mitchell?
I like that Irwin Mitchell always supports you with the necessary resources you need to progress within the firm. There are always training and development opportunities and you get to progress at your own pace and to a level that suits you.
I've progressed significantly during my time here and hope to continue to further my legal career.
What Do You Do Away From The Office?
I like to spend my time going on walks in the countryside with my family and camping.
I once performed at the Royal Albert Hall, London in the ‘Music for Youth Schools Prom’ and have always had a keen interest in music.
