Biography
Leah works in the Employment Team, assisting with the representation of both employees and employers who have the benefit of legal expense insurance funding.
Leah supports Solicitors with Employment Tribunal disputes and has successfully represented and defended Employment Tribunal claims. These span across a wide range of areas including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and whistleblowing.
Leah has an upper second class LLB Law degree from Coventry University and has completed the Legal Practice Course with Masters at The University of Law. She is now in the process of undertaking the CILEX CPQ Professional Qualification specialising in Employment Law.
