Biography
I started at IMAM in April 2022 on a six-month contract. This led to a permanent role within the FS Admin team as a trainee. During this period, I gained the skills and understanding to be promoted to FS Coordinator in August 2024.
What inspired you to get into financial services?
I want a job where I can truly make a difference, contributing positively to the organisation and the community it serves. It’s important to me that the job offers ample opportunities for both personal and professional growth, allowing me to continuously learn, develop new skills, and advance in my career. Additionally, I value a work environment that respects work-life balance, ensuring that I can be productive and fulfilled at work while also having the time to enjoy my personal life and recharge.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
One of the most rewarding aspects of a job for me is making a positive impact towards a meaningful cause. Knowing that my efforts contribute to helping someone in need brings a profound sense of fulfilment and purpose. Whether it’s through direct assistance, supporting a team, or contributing to a larger mission, the knowledge that my work is making a difference in someone’s life is incredibly motivating and gratifying.
What do you do away from the office?
I have a passion for exploring new places and cultures, which fuels my love for travel. Staying active is important to me, so I enjoy exercising regularly to keep both my body and mind in great shape. I also love attending gigs and events, as they offer a chance to experience live music and entertainment, which I find incredibly exciting. Additionally, I’m a food enthusiast whose always on the lookout for new culinary adventures.
