We’ve added another unique development to our current service, with the introduction of David Threadingham, our national Building Surveyor.
Working across the country, David will be assisting with property acquisition, adaptation and suitability of properties including overseeing and managing the adaptation process from the initial design stage through to completion of the works as well as advising on specific property matters that arise.
This may include attending sites to carry out inspections of problems that have arisen and advising on the remedial work required to rectify the issues.
David brings a wealth of experience to the Court of Protection team and adds a further service which will benefit them massively.
